We use a mix of our in-house data models and property expertise to come up with a tailored shortlist based on your requirements.

We'll share the shortlist with you

We'll reach out to you with a shortlist along with the expected total cost per month so you know exactly how much you are likely to spend once council tax and utility bills are added on to the rent.

Arrange a viewing and let us know if you want to make an offer or not

If you would like to view any of the suggested properties let us know and we will get a viewing arranged. If you like the property let us know how much you want to offer and if accepted we'll get all the admin side sorted. Equally if no properties are a fit for you right now then no hard feelings, we take a relaxed approach and won't push you for something that doesn't fit.
