Reach out to us, let us know your requirements in terms of area, bedrooms, budget and anything else that is important to you and we'll come back to you with a tailored shortlist.

We'll come up with a shortlist
We use a mix of our in-house data models and property expertise to come up with a tailored shortlist based on your requirements.

We'll share the shortlist with you
We'll reach out to you with a shortlist along with how the properties compare in terms of price to similar properties in the area. We will also give you a forecast of how the value of each property could change in the next five years.
As well as the above we have loads of stats on local crime rate, proximity to schools, green spaces and amenities and anything else that is important to you.

Arrange a viewing and let us know if you want to make an offer or not
If you would like to view any of the suggested properties let us know and we will get a viewing arranged. If you like the property let us know how much you want to offer and if accepted we'll get all the admin side sorted. Equally if no properties are a fit for you right now then no hard feelings, we take a relaxed approach and won't push you for something that doesn't fit.
