We use a mix of our in-house data models and property expertise to give you a realistic idea of the rent you are likely to achieve, the profile of tenant you are likely to attract and anything else that is important to you.

If the expected rent and profile of tenant matches what you were hoping for and you want to work with us then great news! If you have any concerns with the recommendation then feel free to let us know, we're more than happy to chat through it in detail with you.

Decide to place on the market or not
If you're happy with the recommendation we'd be more than happy to get to work straight away to help get a tenant into your property as soon as possible. We'll get professional photos sorted right away and will get it marketed on Zoopla as soon as possible.
If you don't want to place your property on the market with us right now then no problems at all, we take a relaxed approach and will never pressure you into something you are not comfortable with.
