Tenant Find

Flat rate of 2 weeks rent only payable once we find you a tenant
 
We know that lots of costs are involved as a Landlord so we have made our fee as low as possible, most agents charge 4 weeks rent for this service!

You will still get a premium level of support including:
 
  • Professional Photos and floorplan
     
  • Premium Zoopla listing and also marketing via our website and major social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
     
  • We conduct all viewings on your behalf
     
  • Data-driven valuation to maximise your home's rent
     
  • We will conduct reference checks, draw out the contract and carry out an inventory check for no added cost.
